The price of freezer beef is based on its hanging weight. You can buy a quarter, half, or whole beef. Each one has the same kinds of cuts, just in different amounts.
You pay a deposit first. The deposit is based on the average weight for each size. Each size has its own deposit amount. The deposit price can be talked about and changed.
If you save a credit card on file, your deposit can be lowered to 50% of the total price.
